Payment Methods – RcWorld

RcWorld endeavors to make the payment process as easy and safe as possible.

We have been serving our R/C Hobby and Toy customers for over 30 years, with the current owners. We are focused on customer service and pride ourselves by trading fairly and lawfully.

Our bank is the ANZ Bank located in Malop St Geelong VIC, 3220 Australia. We have been an ANZ customer there for over 35 years.

Direct Deposit to our bank account via any bank branch or internet banking is preferred.

The quickest and most secure method is to make a direct deposit into our bank account via internet banking transfer or by making a payment transfer from any Bank’s street branch ( preferable to use an ANZ branch ).
This way you do not need to provide any of your credit card details.

By using Direct Deposit, we do not need any Credit Card information, or any personal information from your bank, only the reference number or short description of the deposit on our statement.

Email or Fax us a copy of your bank receipt and we will process the order immediately.
If the payment is made at an ANZ branch or ANZ online banking, we will receive confirmation the next working day. Other banks may take an extra day or so to transfer the funds to our account.

We accept Visa or MasterCard for purchases up to AU$ 500.00
( Use the direct Deposit option for amounts over AU$ 500.00 )

We do not charge any additional processing fees when using Visa or MasterCard .

We are only able to process a Credit Card purchase once we have received a confirmed sales order.

You may E mail us your sales order and details, Consider splitting your Credit Card details into 2 separate Emails.

We cannot take Credit Card details over the phone as we require these details to be secure and accurate.

Cheques and Postal Notes

Postal notes may be used for payments. Once you have the total amount for your purchase including shipping ( by E Mail or phone ) Purchase the Postal note from any Australia Post Office. Make payment to RCWorld . Send the postal note to us for processing. Your order will normally be processed within 2 working days of its receipt.

Personal and business Cheques may be sent to us by post. We cannot ship the goods until the funds are cleared which may take a few days depending on the banking system.

International Payments – outside of Australia

RcWorld only accepts AU$ currency. All prices on RcWorld are in AU$ and include 10% GST Tax. For export to another country the GST will be deducted from the price.

Payments may be made by Pay Pal up to AU$500.00 Amounts over this must be made by bank transfer or TT to our bank account in AU$.

General Payment Terms and conditions

RcWorld will not ship items until funds are processed as cleared into our transaction account.

Of course you may call into our store in Geelong West VIC. and make a purchase any time during normal business hours. You will be made most welcome and it is a great way to casually browse our huge product range.

Most deliveries will require a “Proof of Delivery” signed receipt, so it is wise to consider this when choosing the delivery address during normal business hours. We may not be able to send to PO boxes as our couriers do not provide for this option. We can send to a Post Box if the goods are suitable to send via Australia Post services.

To ensure transaction security, RcWorld reserves the right to void transactions or conduct direct research (by calling the bank or consumer) to verify the intent and order placed with the service. This may occur from time to time depending on the order size, and account status or the user. Parental verification of orders - Customers under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present to verify any order placed by phone before an order will be processed.
If an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, RcWorld shall maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If the order has been confirmed and charged to you, RcWorld will immediately issue a credit in the amount of the incorrect price.

Proof Of Identity

RcWorld may ask for further identification. Because of the anonymity nature of the Internet we may ask for further identification to verify your order. The following documents may be requested to process your order:-
A copy of both sides of your Credit Card (black out middle eight digits of your card number)
A copy of both sides of your current valid drivers license/Passport
A copy of your latest Credit Card Statement
Your documents will not be used for any other purpose other than to verify your identity. Once verified, your documents may be removed & destroyed.
