Pre Condition To Use: Do not use this website unless you have read these terms, and accept that they will govern your right to use and access our website and all the documents, links and information contained on it. If you choose to use RcWorld’s website and download documents, then RcWorld will regard that use as conclusive evidence of your agreement and acceptance that these terms govern yours and RcWorld’s rights and obligations to each other.

Amendment of Terms:  RcWorld reserves the right to change these terms and conditions of use at any time and those changes shall take effect in respect of all subsequent uses by you of the website. You should therefore check these terms every time before you use the website and only if you accept these terms should you proceed to access and use the documents on the website. RcWorld reserves the right to refuse access, disable accounts or void any order/transaction performed against this service at our sole discretion.

Ordering and Payment Terms and conditions: RcWorld will not ship items until funds are processed and cleared into our transaction account.
Of course you may call into our store in Geelong West VIC. and make a purchase any time during normal business hours. You will be made most welcome and it is a great way to casually browse our huge product range.   See-    Contact Us or Location links for more details.
Most deliveries will require a “Proof of Delivery” signed receipt, so it is wise to consider this when specifying a delivery address. Note that shipping companies and the postal services usually deliver during normal business hours only.
Unfortunately we are unable to send to PO boxes as our couriers do not provide for this option. 
To ensure transaction security, RcWorld reserves the right to void transactions or conduct direct research (by calling the bank or consumer) to verify the intent and order placed with the service. This may occur from time to time depending on the order size, and account status or the user.
Parental verification of orders - Customers under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian verify any purchase order. If you do not we will assume that you are over the age of 18 years.

Limitation On RcWorld’s  Liability: It is an essential pre-condition to you using RcWorld’s website that you agree and accept that RcWorld is not legally responsible for any loss or damage you might suffer related to your use of the site, whether from errors or from omissions in our documents or information or from any other use of the website. In short, your use of the site is at your own risk. We accept no responsibility for crash damage and/or loss of kits, engines, accessories, etc. incurred during operation of a radio-controlled model. In most cases it is almost impossible to determine whether crash damage was due to radio equipment failure or to operator error. In addition, we accept no responsibility for any purchased components that are incorporated into radio systems or problems caused by incompatibility between components, parts, and repairs not completed by RcWorld.

Links To Other Websites: RcWorld has provided on its website links to other websites and information on those websites for your convenience. This does not necessarily imply sponsorship, endorsement, approval or arrangement between RcWorld and the owners of those websites. RcWorld takes no responsibility for any of the content found on the linked websites. RcWorld’s website may contain information provided by third parties. RcWorld accepts no responsibility whatsoever for information or advice provided to you by its employees or information found on the RcWorld web site.

Trade Practices Act: For the purposes of Sections 68 and 69 of the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth), RcWorld’s liability for any breach of a term of this agreement is limited to:-
The supplying to you of the goods again; or the payment of the costs of having the services supplied to you again.

Note that remote control products crash, and we have no control over your flying or driving abilities or the conditions you have chosen to fly or drive in. we have test flown all of the aircraft we sell, and they all fly well. If / when you crash it don't cry to us, no matter what the reason. We are sorry, but cannot be responsible for your crash in any way shape or form. Please check over the aircraft and be sure all is well before taking to the air as once you apply the power the responsibility of the welfare of the aircraft is yours.

Exclusion of Competitors: If you are in the business of importing, selling or supplying hobby and toy products then you are a competitor of RcWorld. RcWorld expressly excludes and does not permit you to use or access its website, to download any documents or information from its website or obtain any such documents or information through a third party. If you breach this term then RcWorld will hold you fully responsible for any loss that it might sustain and further holds you accountable for all profits that you might make from such unpermitted and improper use. RcWorld reserves the right to exclude and not permit any person from using its website or any of the documents and information contained on it.

Copyright And Restriction of Use: You are only permitted as a customer of RcWorld to use the documents downloaded from its website for the purposes of personal usage and gaining general knowledge. Such a clause if legal and enforceable in any other State or Territory shall continue to be fully enforceable and part of this agreement in those other States and Territories. The deemed excision of any term pursuant to this paragraph shall not affect or modify the full enforceability and construction of the other clauses of these terms and conditions.
